Transfer Options

The Ytel Voice Broadcast Dialer does not simply stop at delivering a message to your customer. Once you create a campaign, you can set it to skip answering machines or leave voicemails when they are detected, give the client the option to transfer directly to a live agent, or give them the option to leave a voicemail on the system that will be stored as a WAV file for you. The possibilities are limitless. You can even use the Voice Blast Dialer in conjunction with our predictive system to give you the ultimate prospecting and follow up system.

YTel is a full service telephone carrier, which means we can offer the most competitive pricing in the market today. Don’t get taken by other Voice Broadcast companies offering per minute charges that seem too good to be true. When comparing any Voice Broadcast company the first question to ask is “What are the increments of your billing?”, if the company is billing in anything higher than 6 second increments with a 6 second minimum or on anything except connected time then they are taking advantage of you. YTel only bills for connected time and will not round you up to the 30 seconds or to the minute like other providers.
