We are excited to announce a new partnership with Govolution! Their core service, the Velocity Payment System, will provide our customers with the ability to accept payments through IVR, self-service web, and agent-assisted payments through an integration with Ytel Contact Center.

We are excited to announce a new partnership with Govolution! Their core service, the Velocity Payment System, will provide our customers with the ability to accept payments through IVR, self-service web, and agent-assisted payments through an integration with X5 Cloud Contact Center.

With this new integration, agents will have access to the details for all past payments and can provide customer service support relative to payments made through any channel supported by the Velocity Call Center Payment System, including face-to-face, web, mobile, and previous payments made through the call center.

Govolution and the Velocity Payment System will deliver secure and efficient payment processing to Ytel customers, a feature that greatly expands the offering within Ytel Contact Center for our customers!
