API Support Analyst

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Interfacing with customers on level 3 (escalated) support issues related to our message360 API
- Working with our Sales and Development teams to resolve the issues
- Reviewing, testing, and fixing customer code
- Creating support documentation and moderating forums
- Eventually running your own team of Support Analysts for message360
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous level 3 support or development experience
- Understanding and knowledge of posting methods (XML, POST, GET, PUT)
- Previous RestAPI, Web Services or Web Applications experience
- Curiosity and determination to fix problems
- Ability to self manage and lead
- Uncontrollable nerdiness when it comes to technology
