API Support Analyst

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Interfacing with customers on level 3 (escalated) support issues related to our message360 API
  • Working with our Sales and Development teams to resolve the issues
  • Reviewing, testing, and fixing customer code
  • Creating support documentation and moderating forums
  • Eventually running your own team of Support Analysts for message360

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous level 3 support or development experience
  • Understanding and knowledge of posting methods (XML, POST, GET, PUT)
  • Previous RestAPI, Web Services or Web Applications experience
  • Curiosity and determination to fix problems
  • Ability to self manage and lead
  • Uncontrollable nerdiness when it comes to technology
