Support Manager

Our team here is growing and with that, we have promoted some of our internal team members, leaving us a need for a Support Manager to add into the mix.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee Level 1 & 2 support.
  • Train support team members on Ytel’s products and assist them in continued growth.
  • Communicate regularly with all cross functional teams.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve relationships with support reps.
  • Implementing customer service best practices and procedures.
  • Maintain excellent levels of service for customers.
  • Function as the champion for our support team, as well as our customers.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience managing and training a support staff.
  • Previous experience working in a Customer Support position.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to communicate operational goals, status, and progress to the team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and efficiently manage time and priorities.
