Technical Project Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager to ensure our customers are being treated with the highest level of care. We need someone who is familiar with Contact Centers, specifically outbound calling, who can provide experience based insight to fix any issues our clients may find. The Account Manager will be attentive to customer needs and be able to obtain timely and specific support for them.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing project timelines and ensuring deadlines are met on various new features and bug fixes for our product sweets
  • Working with and managing our overseas team on development projects
  • Maintaining organization of documentation and scope during the course of the SDLC
  • Take direct responsibility for project outcomes, performing code review

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous technical project management experience in an Agile environment
  • Experience working with and managing an overseas team
  • Capable of working on multiple projects at once
  • Ability to review code
  • It would be a huge plus if you could speak Hindi, but not required
