The Ytel team is continuing to grow, and we are currently looking to add to our talented Sales department. This position can be on-site at our HQ office or remote for the right candidate. We are currently looking for a resourceful, driven, team player with a competitive spirit, and strong business acumen to help our customers in the Growth segment reach new levels of customer success. If you have a curiosity for solving business problems, a passion for making your customers successful, and the ability to articulate the ROI of an enterprise solution across multiple stakeholders, than this could be the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Following up on leads in designated regions and verticals; as well as prospecting for new leads within customer verticals
  • Managing prospects as they move down the sales pipeline, engaging with them at every level of the sales cycle
  • Working with Sales leadership, and Technical team, to satisfy customers and prospects
  • Developing relationships with customers, gaining referrals to prospective customers and up-sells
  • Executing demos of our software to prospective customers
  • Inputting, updating, and maintaining customer notes in our CRM system, allowing the team to fully support your account
  • Providing amazing customer service and answering solution related questions

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Strong background in sales, specifically SaaS Software (cloud) or Telco
  • Track record of hitting and exceeding quota
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles
  • Expert communicator in both written and verbal forms
  • Experience doing deep levels of new business discovery, development and closing
  • Ability to build customer loyalty and become a trusted advisor to the C-Suite
  • Previous experience building out a pipeline and book of business
  • Understanding of the sales process and how to move prospects through it
  • Go getter mindset and a hunter mentality
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
