We are looking for a Technical Account Manager who can ensure initial and ongoing success for our customers. We need someone who is familiar with Contact Centers, who can provide experience based insight to fix any issues our clients may have. The Technical Account Manager will be attentive to customer needs, and will be able to obtain timely and specific support for them.
