What You'll Be Doing:

  • You’ll be selling Ytel’s cloud-based business communication products and solutions in an outbound prospecting environment.
  • Identify and qualify business opportunities through prospecting activities.
  • Conduct 100-150 outreaches per day (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages) 
  • Prospecting for new leads via purchased lists, social platforms, trade shows, and the CRM
  • Educating prospects on Ytel product features and capabilities
  • Achieving or exceeding daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly scheduled demonstration goals as defined by management

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Desire to hunt and prospect for sales opportunities via outbound calling and emailing
  • Sales experience in telecom, UCaaS, CPaaS, contact center software, SaaS, platform sales, technology, or other technical and related industry experience preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
  • Self-starter who is highly motivated
  • Ability to work as a team member and effectively communicate within different levels of an organization
  • Proven ability to work independently and deliver results
  • Technical aptitude and computer skills essential
  • Desire to grow and learn
