As a member of the Sales team, you will have a direct impact on the contract research organization (CRO) sales process, from prospecting, preparing and running sales meetings to regulatory approvals and ultimately closing sales with top contract research organization (CRO) clients. You will open new doors - both within your network and through your ability to drive targeted/scaled sales activity.  You will have the backing of a highly engaging adherence and remote monitoring program that drives significant value for patients and our clients. You will also have the opportunity to engage in the continued development and progress of our programs, products and services.

Your specific responsibilities will evolve over time, especially as our organization grows to the needs and priorities of the healthcare ecosystem.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Directly selling to and building strong relationships with various departments at contract research organization (CRO) companies
  • You will present solutions that directly match the issues our clients face while being appropriately and creatively persistent to ensure you get through the noise
  • You will work closely with all aspects of the sales process (from prospecting to proposal writing to contract finalization)
  • Progress deals through the various stages of our pipeline
  • Achieve sales targets as aligned with sales forecast
  • Be the strategic liaison for all client needs
  • Work internally with Ytel colleagues to manage account plans for those accounts assigned to you, while handling client-related needs
  • Handle post-sales client relationship with a goal of expansion

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 3+ years experience successfully selling Saas-related services to contract research organization (CRO) - in such a role that includes sales, partnerships and/or directly working for these organizations
  • Deep knowledge of market access, adherence, digital technologies and related-data/analytics and services
  • You are a top performer in your current and previous roles, by selling more than your peers
  • You work exceedingly well with your peers and your clients
  • You use your time effectively, focus on previously determined priorities and work diligently hard to accomplish your professional goals
    Extensive experience using a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), MS Office/Google Drive tools, and LinkedIn
  • The position normally requires travel to client locations and conferences but will take advantage of a virtual environment until we are able to safely travel
