The Ytel team is continuing to grow, and we are currently looking to add to our talented Sales department. This position is on-site at our HQ office in Lake Forest. We are currently looking for a resourceful, driven, team player with a competitive spirit, and strong business acumen to help our customers reach new levels of customer success and engagement. If you have a curiosity for solving business problems, a passion for making your customers successful, and the ability to articulate the ROI of an enterprise solution across multiple stakeholders, then this could be the role for you.

We are seeking a Sales Development Rep with a work ethic second to none. Someone with a passion for technology, who gets excited about the idea of leaving their fingerprints on change!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Responding to inbound leads, acting as the first point of contact for prospective customers
  • Contacting and qualifying leads via phone, email, chat and the use of Ytel products
  • Prospecting for new leads via social platforms, trade shows, and the CRM
  • Setting up product demonstrations for the Sr. Sales team with prospects that have been qualified
  • Recording notes from prospect conversations and contact attempts in the CRM, giving the team full visibility and insight into where the sales pipeline stands
  • Tracking, managing, and recording the sales process up until the point a demo is scheduled
  • Educating prospects on Ytel Products’ features and capabilities

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven sales ability and expert communication skills
  • Previous experience in telesales or a call center environment
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical solutions
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, HubSpot or Netsuite would be awesome
  • Desire to grow and learn
