What You'll Be Doing:

  • Proactively managing and responding to inbound and outbound leads
  • Contacting and qualifying leads via phone, email, and chat
  • Prospecting for new leads via social platforms, trade shows, and the CRM
  • Working closely with our experienced Sales leaders to help fill their pipeline, set demos and develop your sales skills
  • Recording notes from prospect conversations and contact attempts in the CRM, giving the team full visibility and insight into where the sales pipeline stands
  • Educating prospects on Ytel product features and capabilities
  • Achieving or exceeding daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly phone call and scheduled demonstration goals as defined by management

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 4 year Bachelor's degree preferred
  • B2B business development and/or sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Demonstrated leadership in community, professional and/or college organizations
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and listening skills
  • Self-starter who is highly motivated
  • Ability to work as a team member and effectively communicate within different levels of an organization
  • Proven ability to work independently and deliver results
  • Technical aptitude and computer skills essential
  • Desire to grow and learn
