The Ytel team is continuing to grow, and we are currently looking to add to our talented Sales department. This position is on-site at our HQ office in Lake Forest. We are currently looking for a resourceful, driven, team player with a competitive spirit, and strong business acumen to help our customers reach new levels of customer success and engagement. If you have a curiosity for solving business problems, a passion for making your customers successful, and the ability to articulate the ROI of an enterprise solution across multiple stakeholders, then this could be the role for you.

We are seeking experienced enterprise sales executives with a work ethic second to none. Someone with a passion for technology, who gets excited about the idea of leaving their fingerprints on change!

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing and leading a team, while owning a book of business
  • Following up on designated leads; as well as prospecting for new leads within customer verticals
  • Managing prospects as they move down the sales pipeline, engaging with them at every level of the sales cycle
  • Working with Sales leadership, and Technical team, to satisfy customers and prospects
  • Developing relationships with customers, gaining referrals to prospective customers and up-sells
  • Executing demos of our software to prospective customers
  • Inputting, updating, and maintaining customer notes in our CRM system, allowing the team to fully support your account
  • Providing amazing customer service and answering solution related questions
  • Doing outbound as needed to fill the pipeline

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Strong background in sales, specifically SaaS Software (cloud) or Telco
  • Track record of hitting and exceeding quota
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles
  • Amazing communicator in both written and verbal forms
  • Experience doing deep levels of new business discovery, development, and closing
  • Ability to build customer loyalty and become a trusted advisor to the C-Suite
  • Previous experience building out a pipeline and book of business
  • Natural ability to lead and mentor
  • Understanding of the sales process and how to move prospects through it
  • Go-getter mindset and a hunter mentality
