Ytel customers now have access to our new Carrier Blocking Report, giving outbound teams a clearer picture of which numbers are being blocked by carriers and how those blocks may be affecting campaign performance.
The report makes it easier to identify problem numbers, spot blocking trends, and take action before they impact your answer rates.

Know when your numbers are being blocked
Carriers like AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile use their own systems to identify and filter potentially unwanted calls. That means a number might connect just fine on one network while being blocked on another.
For outbound teams managing hundreds or thousands of numbers, keeping track of this isn't easy.
The new Carrier Blocking Report tracks SIP 603 responses, a signaling code that can indicate a declined or blocked call, helping you identify numbers with higher rejection rates.
With the report, you can:
- Identify problem numbers: See which caller IDs are receiving the most SIP 603 responses.
- Spot issues earlier: Get notified when blocking activity increases.
- Take action: Export your findings to CSV or PDF, or use Number Health to help manage flagged numbers automatically.
The report is available to all Ytel customers at no additional cost.
Found a problem? Let Number Health handle it.
Knowing which numbers are being blocked is one thing. Getting them back into good standing is another.
That's where Ytel Number Health comes in.
Number Health continuously monitors your number inventory for spam labels and reputation issues. When a number gets flagged, it can automatically remove it from your dialing rotation and begin the remediation process.
Here's how it works:
- Monitor: Numbers are checked 24/7 for spam and scam labels across major carrier databases.
- Remove: Flagged numbers are automatically taken out of active dialing rotation.
- Remediate: Ytel submits disputes to help clear flagged numbers, typically within 5 to 10 business days.
- Restore: Once cleared, numbers are returned to your available dialing inventory.
Number Health also supports number registration, STIR/SHAKEN authentication, and CNAM to help establish your caller identity.
The goal is simple: Spend less time managing your numbers and more time connecting with customers.
Better visibility, less manual work
For high-volume outbound teams, blocked calls can quickly impact campaign performance. And manually identifying and disputing flagged numbers takes time your team could spend elsewhere.
The Carrier Blocking Report gives you a clearer picture of where blocking may be happening. Pair it with Number Health, and you can automate much of the work involved in keeping your numbers ready to dial.
Now Available
The Carrier Blocking Report will be available to all Ytel customers starting October 19, 2026, at no additional cost.
