Prior to Ytel, our founding team worked deep in the direct response and contact center industries.
A common trend was piecing together multiple, expensive, systems that allowed B2C brands to measure their advertising return on investment and route calls to the best agents. The problem was our clients had to use and manage multiple systems and that became the opportunity.
In 2012, we organized a team of communication experts and set out on a journey to both build a carrier-grade network and a minimum viable contact center in the cloud. It wasn’t easy, but it was worth it.
Within months we were able to start delivering a basic service to customers and gain feedback. Within year one, we were profitable.
As we grew, we were fortunate to have customers who partnered with us imaginable in every way, which allowed us insight into how their businesses operated and how we could use our network, software, and teams to accel performance for both them and us. Ytel has and will always be on the cutting edge of delivering performance for our customer base.
